Amanecer - El Neón Es Trenc (source Wikipedia): Es Trenc is a beach located next to the Spanish town of Ses Covetes, in the municipality of Campos, Mallorca. It is a natural protection area, near which are the Salines del Trenc, where the traditional fleur de sel is harvested. The beach extends from Ses Covetes in the northwest to near Colonia de Sant Jordi in the southeast. Since 2017 it has been part of the Trenc-Salobrar de Campos Maritime-Terrestrial Natural Park. The beach begins after the rocky area of ​​Ses Covetes, towards Xaloc. For several kilometres there are no notable geographical features. After a few kilometres, there is an artificial seawater intake that feeds, by means of a motor, the salt flats installed in an area of ​​Salobrar. After that there are two small rocky outcrops that form two tiny sandy coves, called respectively "Es Pregons grans" and "Es Pregons petits", in front of which is the only islet of Campos, an islet very close to the coast, elongated towards the west, known as Gavina Island, separated from the mainland by a small arm of sea barely 2-3 metres deep. After Es Pedregons the beach closes with a very flat rocky point, to give way to another much more closed and sheltered beach called "Es Coto". This beach, in its last few metres, closes the bay of Sa Rápita and the municipality of Campos, since immediately after the beach begins the municipality of Ses Salines and the tourist centre of Colonia de Sant Jordi. Along the entire length of the beach you can see cement constructions that were built during the Second World War with the aim of serving as bunkers and artillery nests, although they were never used for this purpose. The sand of El Trenc is white and very fine. Its waters are crystal clear and it is one of the most emblematic sandy beaches in Mallorca. Many tourist promotions on the island are made through photographs of Trenc, the last unspoilt sandy beach in Mallorca, which has aroused a major tourist attraction among the inhabitants of the area. It is a wild beach, with high environmental values ​​and which has a nudist area.
