He methodically explain how the brain works in forming your personality and the consequences that has on your reality. He then explains how meditation with proper intention and coherence can affect your brain. Finally he finishes his book by providing practical instructions on how to conduct said meditation as a way to re-wire your brain to create the life you truly desire. After the review I talk a bit about my journey from when I started Youtube and how things have changed almost two years later. I feel like I've come full circle and reading this book was an important catalyst for me to start working on my mind once again.
