Tariff: Rs 2,250 for double occupancy including breakfast. Maintenance of the room and bathroom was not up to mark. But the ambience of the hotel was good and the staff were good too. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is known for its eight-faced Shiva Linga (Ashtamukhi Shivalinga) — a rare form found only here and in Kathmandu, Nepal. Located on the banks of the Shivna River, this temple attracts thousands of devotees and is beautifully surrounded by peaceful ghats and greenery. Shri Dharmrajeshwar Temple - This is a unique rock-cut temple complex dating back to the 4th–5th century. This temple complex is carved entirely out of laterite stone, that too on single rock, it features both Hindu and Buddhist influences, making it a rare archaeological marvel in Madhya Pradesh. The calm surroundings and natural caves give this site a truly divine aura. Hotel Shivay - We had a cup of tea here. They also have rooms. Tariff: Rs 2000 for double occupancy. We reached Bhanpura at night. Bhanpura is in Mandsaur district, Madhya Pradesh. Gandhi Sagar Forest Resort - We booked our accommodation here. Room Cost: Rs 4000 (stay only) Rs 9000 (with all meals + sightseeing) which includes visits to: Gandhi Sagar Dam & Sunset Point. Date 14th September 2025 The next day we spent our day at Gandhi Sagar Forest Resort. In the evening we spent our day enjoying the sunset view at the Boating Club Gandhi Sagar. After this we ended our day.
