𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 Golden-crusted on the outside, tender and cheesy on the inside — juicy chicken breast wrapped around savory ham and creamy cheese, and that silky, garlicky sauce that ties it all together. INGREDIENTS: 2-4 pcs chicken breast, butterfly cut sliced ham sliced cheese cheese sliced into sticks (optional) cooking oil Spice Mix: 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper Breading: 1 cup all purpose flour 1-2 pcs beaten eggs 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs (season with the spice mix) Garlic Cream Sauce: 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp all purpose flour 1 cup milk 1 cup al purpose cream 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic, grated or finely minced 1 tsp dried parsley salt to taste PROCEDURE: Chicken Rolls: 1. In a small bowl, mix together the spice mix. 2. Butterfly-cut the chicken breast, then season with the spice mix. Place in between two sheets of cling wrap hen pound with a mallet until flat and even. 3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese in the center. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides to seal. Secure with the cling wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help hold its shape. 4. Prepare the breading station. Place the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in separate bowls, then season with the spice mix. 5. Dredge each rolled chicken in flour. Dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to stick. 6. Fry the chicken rolls over low to medium heat first, for about 6 minutes per side, until light brown. This ensures the inside is cooked through. Then, increase the heat to medium-high and continue cooking until golden brown. 7. Let them cool down for about 10 minutes and let excess oil drip in wire rack. Garlic-Cream Sauce; 1. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the flour and whisk stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes until the flour is dissolved. 2. Slowly pour the milk while stirring constantly until no lumps. Add in the all purpose cream, bring to a simmer while continue stirring. 3. Add the grated garlic, parmesan cheese, dried parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
