This 1969 film was created by the RAND Corporation to demonstrate Graphic ROCKET, “an interactive computer graphics system for the analysis of aerospace vehicle designs.” Barry Boehm was the leading figure in the development of Graphic ROCKET and its predecessor program, ROCKET, at RAND, and is both the filmed demonstrator and the narrator in this film. Detailed information about the film can be found in RAND Memorandum RM-6032-PR. The film was created for the Design Automation Conference of June 1969.
