Heyy Sorry I’m kinda mumbling through this whole thing my family was sleeping. I forgot to say at the beginning of the video that the last thing I’m trying to do is “flex” or whatever the kids say these days. In fact, I feel like the greater takeaway from this should be that you don’t need flex-worthy scores to get into a great university! Anyways let me know if you want to see anything else or leave a comment down below if you have any questions :) For reference, I graduated highschool in 2019 and am expected to graduate in the class of 2023, so I applied 2 cycles ago now I think. I am from the Bay Area in case anyone was wondering if that had anything to do with my getting in. Also disclaimer: everything I said in this video is just my own experience and I cannot guarantee anything about how/why the college application process and decisions are the way they are. Trust me I have no idea. I applied into the college of L&S, but am transferring to the college of engineering. Let me know if anyone wants a video on that! I think that’s it!! Thanks so much for watching :) Sydney Who am I? Hello! I'm Sydney and I am currently a second year at UC Berkeley! I was in the admitted class of 2019 and am part of the expected graduating class of 2023. I spent my first year(2 semesters) pursuing Physics in the College of Letters & Sciences, but have successfully transferred into Mechanical Engineering in the College of Engineering. I facilitate the cooking decal which is a lot of fun!
