Pregnancy can be demanding for the body. You may experience a lot of changes to your body and weight gain as the belly grows, as well as more general aches and pain. This class will help you to strengthen the pelvic floor and the core muscles to improve your pregnancy posture and alignment. We will start some standing exercises where your pelvic and legs muscles will be trained to find a stable balance. Progressing to a series of exercises to train your core muscles in a pregnancy-safe way. You will be rewarded with a nice spinal release towards the end of the class to help release the tension in the back.
