The first half is super straight forward slamming that open low C on the pulse of the beat and adding a bit more for the choruses. The second half is when is starts to become and endurance test with pretty solid gallop picking. If you're struggling with the gallops start with single notes to get the fretting hand comfortable. Then build on it slowly, for example make all the notes on the low string gallops then single notes on the other two string.
