Building a 120mm Mortar Crew for a M1129 Mortar Carrier Variant (MCV) Stryker | 1/35 Scale Military Modeling | 11 Charlie Scale Modeling In this video, I begin Phase One upgrades on my M1129 Mortar Carrier Variant Stryker, building a detailed 1/35 scale 120mm mortar crew to bring this vehicle to life. As a former 11C Mortarman and US Army Infantry Veteran, this custom Stryker Mortar Carrier build is a personal project inspired by my real-world experience. I will be kitbashing and modifying multiple figure kits to create a realistic 4-man mortar team, including a Gunner, Assistant Gunner, Ammo Bearer, and Squad Leader / Fire Control Operator. I’ll also be using the highly detailed Black Ops Models 120mm Mortar Round kit to enhance the accuracy and realism of this custom military scale model build. This M1129 MCV Stryker project is heavily customized, and this series will showcase the process of upgrading, modifying, and detailing a modern US Army mortar carrier vehicle.
