We love camping, especially camping on lakes, and what better way to get on the water than a small inflatable raft with an electric trolling motor. We searched around online and found the Excursion 5 to meet our needs perfectly. It's coast guard approved with 3 separate air chambers, holds 5 adults comfortably, and is extremely affordable. This is our second season using this set-up and we have been on big lakes like Hartwell, Keowee, and Jocasee. We also get to go on small lakes that don't allow gas engines. The electric trolling motor is very quiet and we charge our battery as soon as we get back to camp so we can go out again later that evening or the next day. This boat is some of the most fun our family has had on our camping trips and one of the things that our kids look forward to doing the most.
