Court resumes this morning with the judge revisiting an objection and other motions. Included in those things is a potential issue with Juror 7, apparently, a joke was made by that juror in some capacity. The fourth witness, yesterday, was Detective Martin Howard. He was assigned to surveillance in squad cars to watch crowds on the night of Aug. 25. Howard said he went to gas stations to shut off pumps to prevent arsons. He stated he was also stationed near the interstate off-ramps, looking for groups of cars getting off in Kenosha, possibly with license plates removed. Howard, one of the lead detectives on the homicide case, has reviewed social media videos posted of the protests and shootings. The prosecution played many of the live videos captured and reviewed by Howard. The videos, pieced together, graphically showed how the evening unfolded. It was concluded that the number of bullets fired by Rittenhouse was eight. 4 bullets fired and killed Rosenbaum, 2 at an unidentified person, 1 fired and killed Huber, and 1 fired and injured Grosskreutz. Howard also testified about his interview with Rittenhouse after he turned himself in to police in Antioch, Illinois. He said Rittenhouse had a few cuts, scrapes, and small bumps on the head. The defense began cross-examination of Det. Howard asked questions referencing the FBI video and timing of shots. The prosecution objected to a question and the Judge decided to dismiss the court and continue proceedings today. Rittenhouse is charged with five felonies: first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety. He is also charged with misdemeanor possession of a dangerous weapon under the age of 18 and a non-criminal violation of failure to comply with an emergency order. He has pleaded not guilty JOIN OUR DISCORD / discord BECOME A MEMBER / @mercadomedia WATCH ON FACEBOOK / andrewmercadomedia MERCH https://theletteringmachine.com/merca... #KyleRittenhouse #RittenhouseTrial
