OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 1. Eligibility: The Patriot Coin Rings (PCR) Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to all internationally excluding areas where prohibited by law. Entrant(s) must be 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Giveaway is sponsored by Jason Works (“Sponsor”). 2. Prize: The Giveaway allows Entrants to enter random drawing(s), as described below, on the Patriot Coin Rings™ YouTube Channel (the “Channel”) for a chance at winning a Jason Works Master Punch Kit (“Prize”) as seen here http://bit.ly/JasonWorksAutoPunchKit . The average retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $538.42 USD. THE ODDS OF WINNING THE PRIZE DEPENDS ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. No Prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor and/or PCR , a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. The Winner will be solely responsible for all expenses such as but not limited to federal, state and/or local taxes, tariff, shipping, insurance, handling, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize received. 3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway shall begin at or near 1:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on April 20, 2019 and end at or near 5:00pm PST June 30, 2019 ("Giveaway Period"). The giveaway will be conducted on “YouTube Live” so everyone can watch the giveaway occur in real time and a recorded event of the giveaway will be left posted on YouTube. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway you must (a) subscribe to the Channel, (b) “like” this video, (c) comment below either by starting a conversation or just announcing your participation. Not doing the above will disqualify you if discovered. The use of auto-submission bots, tools or other are strictly prohibited. 5. Prize Claim: The Winner will be notified within two (2) days of the drawing by live public announcement and a notice on one or more of message threads within the YouTube comment section. The Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, proof of age, proof of social media share if applicable, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) within seven (7) days of notification, or as directed by the Sponsor. The failure to respond timely, to the notifications and the failure to provide the Prize Claim Documents will result in forfeiture of the Prize and, in such case, the Sponsor and/or PCR may declare an alternate winner, based on another random drawing under the same terms. If a Prize goes unclaimed or is forfeited by the Winner, the Prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor and/or PCR’s sole discretion.
