Forming The Mixer Bearing Support

Welcome back fellow aircraft builders and aviation enthusiasts! None of my original audio recorded with the video for some reason, so I had to narrate to all this footage. However, in this video I detail how I formed the Mixer Bearing Support, a "hat" style channel bracket made in .063" 6061-T6. I used a combination of the bending brake and hammer forming in a bench vise to make this part. Normally, this would ideally be formed on a press brake, but I don't have one. This is how I improvised with my own tools. Although parts like these are relatively simple, design-wise, they are often a challenge to produce in a home shop.
