You don't need the entire special tool kit; I included the links to the tools you will need. When setting the tensioner I found that it felt way too tight as I was moving past the 3 o’clock position and towards the 1 o’clock position. I stopped at the 3 o’clock position. The instructions actually say to go to 1 o’clock and then go back to 3 o’clock if they’re way too tight moving to 1 o’clock, so just keep it at 3 o’clock if you encounter the same thing.
