As a result, too many of us spend our lives believing this evil voice of criticism that breaks our spirits. It's important to know: These evil thoughts about ourselves are LIES. They're from the "Dark Side" of the world, a wave of impure ideas and conclusions that make their way to us only because of the purity of our souls. Like iron shavings are attracted to a magnet, impure energy seeks to attach itself to the good and pure souls. We must realize this and NOT LET it happen. When we recognize these impure, dark thoughts against ourselves, we must uproot them from their place in our minds and attach ourselves to the TRUTH, mainly that we are good and do, in fact, do good things in the world. But is all criticism bad? No. When criticism and rebuke make their way to us either as thoughts or from people, we should sense their intention. Based on their intention and the truth of the merit of their claims, we can choose to listen to them and work in a positive direction. But if such criticism is a wolf in sheep's clothes, rooted in harm and destruction, we should run and reject them and attach our minds again to the side of Good and Truth.
