If it is to be understood in a practical way, it is necessary to see the prevention and follow the path. බුදු පියාන් වහන්සේ දේශනා කළේ පොත පතක තිබු පමණින් සම්මතය තුළ තිබු පමණින් පරපුරෙන් පැවත එන පරිදි හෝ යමෙක් කියු පමණින් විශ්වා නොකර අවිස්වාස ද නොකර තමාගේ බුද්ධියට වැටහේනම් රාග විනය දේශ විනය මෝහ විනය වන්නේ නම් සිව් අරිසස් වලට පට්ච්චපමුප්පාදයට ගැලපේනම් එය මා විසින් දේශනා කළ පිවිතුරු බුද්ධ ධර්මය බවයි..දහම් අවබෝධය ඇති යථිවරුන් වහන්සේලා මේ ශ්‍රිලංකා ධරණි තලය තුළ වැඩ වාසය කිරිම බෞද්ධ කා හටත් ප්‍රීතිය දනවන්නකි. සියලුම සත්වයන්ට එක හා සමාන තේරුම් ගැනීමේ හැකියාවක් ශක්තියක් නොමැති බව මුලින්ම අප තේරුම් ගත යුතු කරුනකි. යමෙක් යමෙකුට දොස් නගයිද අපවාද කරයිද ඔහු කෙරෙහි වෛර නොකළ යුතුය. අප හැම විටම උදයංගම අත්ථංගම ආස්වාද ආදිනව නිස්සරණ යන මුලික දහම් න්‍යායන් කෙරෙහි වැඩි අවදානයක් යොමු කළ යුතුය. කුමන ස්වාමින් වහන්සේ නමක් ධර්ම දේශනා කරන්නේද කළේද එය නිවන් දකින දහමක් කර ගැනීමට ඔබ දක්ෂ විය යුතුයි..දේශනා කිරිම,ගායනා කිරිම,සකච්ඡා කිරිම නිවන් මගෙහිම කොටසක් බව තේරුම් ගත යුතුය. තව කෙනෙකු නිවන්නට පෙර ඔබ නිවි ඇතිද යන වග ඔබම තේරුම් ගැනිම වටිනවා.. යමෙක් සතයය වාදිව ධර්මය දේශනා කරන්නේද නැද්ද යන වග මග වැඩිම තුළින් පමණක් අවබෝධ කළ යුතුය. අනුඅවබෝධය දේශකයන් වහන්සේ විසින් ලබා දෙන්නකි. අවබෝධය තමා විසින් ලබා ගත යුත්තකි. එය ප්‍රත්‍යක්ෂ වශයෙන්ම අවබෝධ කළ යුතුනම් නිරෝධය දැක මාර්ග අනුගමනය කළ යුතුය.සියලුම දෙනාට මේ සම්බුද්ධ ශාසනය තුළ දීම අනිච්ච දුක්ඛ අනත්ථ දැක නිවන් මග පුර්ණය කර සසර දුකින් මිදිමට හැකිවේවා.. waharaka abayarathanalankara himi budun upan deshaya sri lanka waharaka bana waharaka waharaka tv Budu Bana meditation nopenena balawega anicca,dukkha,anatta Bawana your are welcome Ogadeepa vlogs youtube channel.
