As a curious individual and a parent of two kids it is my objective to figure out what this #momochallenge is and what it does as it is creating a lot of panic. To be honest I'm not even sure whether this is even real as whilst there's been multiple reports about incidents reported none have been actually linked to this game or character heck I can't even find any real videos or the number to contact or message Momo! Here's the headline of what this Momo Challenge is all about: The "Momo Challenge" is a hoax about a nonexistent social media challenge that was spread on Facebook and other media outlets. It was reported that children and adolescents were being enticed by a user named Momo to perform a series of dangerous tasks including violent attacks and suicide. Awareness of the alleged challenge rose in February 2019 after the Police Service of Northern Ireland posted a public warning on Facebook To represent "Momo", the accounts use the picture of a sculpture of an ubume produced by Keisuke Aisawa at special effects firm Link Factory. I searched everywhere to find out where this video is and I can't find any even these fake peppa pig videos with momo in it I can't find any even in YT Kids! Also the whatsapp number to message or call Momo again this is non existent! I feel this is challenge not real, its been created or manipulated by online hackers to create a sense of fear to the public, not even sure if some of the reports are actually real (it could be fake news given there's been plenty of fake news created with the advent of social media!) is important to educate yourself in order to safe guard your kids and everyone in your family. Stay safe and remember don't pick up them random phone calls and make sure you keep an eye on what your kids watches online! Thank you for watching!
