For a long time, I struggled with imposter syndrome. I doubted whether my work had any real, tangible value. When your work is very human-centric, the results often do not manifest as clear before-and-after metrics. Without such measurable indicators, it is easy to question your impact. I did that for years. I often worried that I wasn't doing anything different from other leadership development coaches. In reality, most ideas are not new; they have been written, spoken, and shared many times before. What people respond to isn’t originality for its own sake; it’s how something is presented, interpreted, and conveyed by you. Most importantly, it involves finding ways to be relatable to them. When I stopped trying to prove that my ideas were new and instead focused on making people feel like they could relate, everything changed. What is your unique lens, perspective or set of experiences that will allow people to learn through you in a way that's completely different to anyone else?
