I CAUGHT MY FIRST EVER ZANDER! And a load of Perch on the Savage Gear Cannibal Shad! I’ve been trying to catch my first ever Zander for a while now. There are illusive and pretty much non-existent up where I live so I’ve had to venture out to increase my chances of the catch. Over the course of three sessions I managed to bag my first ever Zander and a tonne of Perch all on lures! Fishing the River Trent, Canary Wharf and the Great River Ouse was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back!
