Judge agrees to reduced bail for disgraced West Linn doctor David Farley

A judge has agreed to reduced the bail from $500,000 to $100,000 for disgraced West Linn Doctor David Farley, who faces charges for allegedly sexually abusing three female patients under the guise of medical treatment. During an initial hearing on Oct. 10, Clackamas County Judge Ann Lininger set bail at $500,000 and noted that she was concerned that Farley, who will be allowed to continue living in Utah until trial, would not show up for his trial.
