Rockwell Art Canada has very kindly sent me 12 very interesting self evolving watercolours to test and review. Playing with new colours and materials never fails to inspire me. It is just amazing how the pigments number maybe the same but the final recipe of each manufacturer can be surprisingly different. In this video you will see me swatching out all 12 colours with my eyes wide open. Some concoctions are as enchanting as their name. Who doesn’t start thinking about magic when you hear about witches and wizards. I will do a few more rounds of testing and also use them for urbansketching to see how they will perform.
