While APC says that this is "sealed" and has a "non replaceable" battery , that should only be fixed with an "original compatible" battery, it proves that it is just a sham. The battery can be replaced in a matter of minutes and it's a bog standard one that can be bought very cheap everywhere. To top it out the same plastic case of the UPS is used on other higher spec models thus it provides more internal space for a battery upgrade. With this occasion we also dim the annoyingly bright LEDs that do not work as APC says.
