Quick summery: Quick spec/build review, Cinebench R20 results, memory settings, PBO+limiting power with PPT, AutoOC disabled, noise & thermal results Today is going to be a follow up to our initial air-cooled, no-top hat Ghost S1 build with the zen2, or Ryzen 3000 series 3700x 8 core CPU. Our primary goal here is to give you an idea of what thermals can be achieved in this 8.2 L, sandwich style small form factor case without resorting to top hats, water cooling, or other mods. To review, we are cooling the 3700x with our Noctua NH-L12S with bent heat pipes. The heat pipes are bent in such a way to lower the overall height and allow for enough clearance to install the side panel. Out of the box, the L12S has a height of 70mm but it needs to be shorter to meet the 66mm limit of the Ghost. -GHOST S1 MkII, Batch 3 -MS B450I Gaming AC -8-core AMD Ryzen 3700x (Zen2) -Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut -Noctua NH-L12S w/Noctua NF-A12x15 (crammed in there!) --Was hoping to try the Alpenföhn Black Ridge but the bracket wasn't compatible with the MSI motherboard - VRM module was in the way on one end of one bracket.
