This super good guy was bothered by his prominent ears for a very long time. This was corrected with otoplasty surgery. A better upper ear fold was created for him using sutures hidden through an incision at the back of the ear. The ear was also set back with a combination of removing a small amount of his extra ear cartilage, as well a suture to move the ear back into a more normal position. His earlobes were also moved back slightly with carefully placed sutures. There are no incisions or scars visible - all work is done at the back of the ear, hidden in the natural crease. As you can see, he is very pleased with the result.
