Hello Friends, Another 50th Anniversary release showed up this week, this time it's Cat Steven's 1971 release TEASER AND THE FIRECAT. This has always been a favorite of mine and I'm so excited to bring you a comparison with the 1995 Mobile Fidelity Anadisc. The 50th cut was done by Chris Bellman, and was pressed for the US by RTI. In this video i give my impressions on how it holds up against the MOFI. Teaser and the Firecat is Cat Steven's top charting album and provided three hit singles, Morning Has Broken, Moonshadow, and Peace Train.
