Like, leave a Comment with questions or what new recipes you would like me to make!! https://www.livefromthecamper.com Facebook @LiveFromTheCamper Instagram Live from the Camper Join on our Facebook Group / ninjafoodiinstantpotuniverse 2 chicken breast cut into bite size pieces 2 bell peppers (your choice of color) 1 package Taco Bell Fajita seasoning 1 small onion cut into strips 1/3 cup water 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup Colby Jack cheese (use any cheese you want) Red and Yellow bell peppers diced for garnish Cilantro for garnish Place Crisper Basket into Foodi Pre heat Foodi using the bake button- 325 for 6 min Cut tops off bell peppers and hollow them out Once preheated add peppers to Crisper Basket Bake at 325 for 15 minutes but check them after 10 minutes When done remove from basket Hit that sear/sauté button Add olive oil Add chicken and cook until chicken just turns white Add 1/3 cup water Place pressure lid on, set to seal Pressure cook for 5 min Quick release Take lid off Add packet of Fajita seasoning Add onion Place pressure lid on, set to seal Pressure cook again for 4 min Quick release Take lid off Hit that sear/sauté button Simmer for 5 min or until sauce has reduced and is thick and bubbly Remove chicken from inner pot and place Crisper Basket back into Foodi Add peppers into Crisper Basket Add chicken into peppers (fill to the top) Add cheese Add a little diced red and yellow pepper Broil for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted Remove peppers to plate Top with a little more diced peppers and Cilantro So are you hungry?? Good then lets eat!!
