Completed multiple Oral surgery externships while in dental school.From there, he completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Louisville where he was educated in advanced and complex dental treatment. After his GPR, he went on to do a one year Implant Fellowship At SIU, where he completed a Comprehensive dental implant training Program Focusing on both surgical and prosthodontics components to Dental implant therapy.- Dr.Sultan practices in private practice in St.Louis Missouri .He is a member of the American Academy of implant Dentistry, American Dental Association , Greater St.louis Dental Society , and a member of the Seattle study club .
