I found this recipe for a leg of lamb on the internet. I did tweak it a little but not much. The ingredients are: 1 leg of lamb 2 cups Greek style natural yoghurt 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 5 tablespoons of dried oregano 5 large cloves garlic, crushed juice and zest of one lemon 1 tablespoon ground cumin 2 teaspoon sea salt 2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. 1 2 gallon ziptop bag. I added white wine (Pinot Grigio) to the cook instead of water. I also added salt and pepper to taste to my liking.
