The preparation of this sweet is quite unique and interesting. Pootha means coating and Rekulu means sheet (coating sheet) This sweet is made using rice batter which is then dipped with a cloth and quickly spread on greased pan, later sprinkled with nuts, ghee and roll the crispy sheets. This sweet just melts in mouth.
