Y'ALL 106.7 interviews singer, songwriter, actor and entertainer Mr. Charles Esten! He's kicking off the new year strong with the deluxe edition release of his debut album “Love Aint Pretty,” on vinyl and celebrating with a show at Chiefs on Broadway January 24th! The deluxe edition will also feature new collaborations with Sara Evans, Keb Mo, and some of the "Nashville," Cast! Fans may know him as "Deacon," from the hit TV show Nashville or as "Ward," from Outerbanks, but Esten's friends and family call him "Chip." There was much to discuss on this interview. Chip shares the creative process behind his debut album and his musical journey thus far. We dive into influences, touring and more. We got a behind the scenes look at some of the iconic characters played by Chip on screen. How does he prepare for a role? Does he have any souvenirs from filming?
