Overview of the red, blue and black runs and the snowpark at Livigno ski resort in Northern Italy. Overall a great resort for shopping, cheap eating and drinking (and yes I really do mean cheap: €8 for a margarita pizza average and beers are about €4 in the right place), and some fairly advanced challenging skiing. Also Europe’s highest brewery is here which serves excellent beer and pizza, worth a trip just for that! The downsides are: 1) the runs do get a little repetitive for a full week skiing, so make the most out of both sides of the resort to mix it up 2) it’s not great for newbies, there are very few easy runs, lots of short and steep 3) the apres ski is good, but very limited options so a full week you will run out of new places to go to.
