Ever since I saw the new LISA documentary I've been consumed with both getting a real LISA and building a micro LISA both of which were depicted in the film. I've had my original Lisa up and running for a year now and finally I've gotten around to getting the micro LISA going. Thanks to Paul Griggs for the 3-D printing of the case! I would've purchased one, but the person who first made them apparently stopped selling and supporting them some years ago. The screen he used is no longer available, and I couldn't find any published SD images. Here's some details if you're interested. The case files for printing can be found in several places on the Internet, including Thingiverse. If you wanna link, let me know, and I will add it to the post or in the comments. The screen I'm using is better than the original design because this screen is 640 x 480 which allows almost the entire LISA screen to be displayed. It took me a while to get the emulator up and running on my Raspberry Pi. I ended up using an older version, which seems to run better on the Raspberry Pi. It uses a pie version 2b, which is pretty inexpensive. I will be posting an image of the SD card with full operating system and LISAem emulator configured along with the drivers for the screen on LISAList2. Perhaps some other places as well. I'm open to suggestions in the comments. Let me know if you have any questions! #AppleLisa #vintageapple #vintagecomputing
