This can be found on page 305 in the Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself book. If you want to buy the original Joe Dispenza meditations via CD or as a download, you will find them on his site: https://drjoedispenza.com/ I simply put this together for myself - and after being asked by friends to share what I'd done - I put it here for anyone to use and enjoy. This meditation is taken from Dr Joe Dispenza's book - Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. I will assume you have read the book in its entirety before starting this meditation - otherwise it may not make sense and you may not get the best results. If you struggle to understand the 'body in space' ideas, then this video may help: • What does Dr. Joe mean by Space? It is a body part induction which is designed to move you down from high or mid range beta brainwaves into a more relaxed Alpha or Theta state. By mastering this body part induction you will build a solid foundation for other meditative practises. Dr Joe Dispenza recommends the body part induction is done as a daily practise in which you do not rush and you stay present. To perform this meditation it is best to sit up straight with eyes closed, then surrender, follow the words - which will bring awareness to your body and environment - stay present and love yourself enough to move through this process. The background music can help assist in progression from high Beta to Alpha. In this induction, as you rest your awareness on different parts of your body in space and the space around your body in space, you begin to bypass your thinking brain. When we become acutely aware of the body and sensations related to it, we enter the subconscious mind - from where we can begin to change our reality. Induction moves you into a more sensing / feeling mode and away from analytical thinking - which means you move from a narrow minded range of attention to an expanded focus on the body and the space around it. Buddhists refer to this as an 'open focus', occurring when the brain waves naturally become orderly and synchronised. Open focus produces a new, powerfully coherent signal that allows parts of the brain that were not communicating with other parts to now do so.
