ResiDANCE 2026: Rhythm Of Time (Front View)

In 2023, ResiDANCE was created with the vision of uniting dance communities across the different RCs to nurture a shared appreciation for this art form. Since then, our stage has only grown, spanning 14 different performances and over 200 dancers this year. As a beginner-friendly platform, ResiDANCE strives to be accessible and inclusive, welcoming those choreographing, dancing, and staging a production for the first time. This year’s storyline reflects a fear many young dancers can identify with: losing touch with our passion for dance as we mature to adulthood and become occupied with various other commitments. We follow Ashley, who learns to use dance as a source of strength and courage to face her growing pains, guided by the Handler of Time, who teaches her the importance of letting go of her past. Like Ashley, we hope this story reminds each dancer to hold on to dance even when life pulls us away.
