For those of you looking for a manscaping trimmer for use below the neckline that’s sensitive on your skin, this body groom tool will get you the results you’re looking for. With a dual sided trimming design and skin-friendly contour system, this Philips Norelco bodygroomer is well positioned around $70 to trim, shave and groom your body for success. The Bodygroom 7100 is an Amazon Most Wished for trimmer. Currently, it ranks at #5, 8, and 12 for the categories of Personal Groomers, Body Hair Groomers and Beard Trimmers, respectively. The Philips Norelco Bodygroom 7100 is designed for 5 zone body grooming, including the back and shoulders, chest and abs, underarms, groin area and legs. At one end of this Philips 7000 series body groomer, you’ll find an integrated 32mm metal trimmer and adjustable comb with 5 length settings from 3mm to 11mm for trimming thicker body hair and maintaining longer lengths. On the opposite end, lies the precision trimmer, with bi-directional trimmers to cut longer body hair, and a foil shaver for close shaving results. This side worked great in shaving chest hair on my body and getting me a close finish. According to Philips, the flexible 3D pivoting head contours to your bodies every angle and surface and the hypoallergenic shaver foil and rounded trimmer tips protect your skin while shaving. As far as battery life, the Philips Norelco BodyGroom 7100 features a high-power Nickel-Metal Hydride battery and requires 1hr of charge time for 50 minutes of cordless use. This body groomer, however, can only be charged in the charging stand and requires cordless operation for its use. That said, the Philips 7100 Bodygroomer can be used wet or dry, in or out of the shower and can be cleaned with the included brush or under the tap. Philips Norelco notes that this trimmer is only intended for use below the neckline and is not meant for use on the beard and face. Overall, if you are looking for a dedicated body groomer and manscaper that will trim and shave while being sensitive on your skin, the Philips Norelco Bodygroom 7100, BG2040 is the way to go.
