A road that is free of vehicle congestion, exhibits clear road signs and clear road markings. A road that is balanced and allows for a smooth driving experience. Very Good (B) - Road that has little to no cracks, a few small potholes, minor repaired joint seals, minor alligator cracks, and few to no road humps. A road that is somewhat free of vehicle congestion and exhibits clear road signs and clear road markings. A road that is balanced and allows for a smooth driving experience. Good (C) - Road that exhibits some minor cracking, a few potholes, a few repaired joint seals, minor alligator cracks, and minor road humps. A road that experiences vehicle congestion and exhibits road signs that are slightly damaged and/or unclear. A road that shows some wear and exhibits unevenness in some areas. Road markings and road signs show slight wear. Fair (D) - Road that exhibits major cracking, multiple potholes, many repaired joint seals, major alligator cracks, and multiple road humps.
