That's it... I'm moving to Banff. Where else can you ski perfectly fresh corduroy at one resort in the morning (Norquay) and get to the next (Sunshine Village) a few hours later for fresh powder and insane inbounds couloir skiing. After my speedy November rip for first chair, It was amazing skiing Norquay properly. It's an absolute gem and has some of the most breathtaking views I've ever seen. Norquay is all fall line and the groomers were some of the fastest I've ever skied. Even though it's a few minutes from downtown Banff it get's way less traffic and according to locals is absolutely mental on a powder day. If you're visiting Banff, don't sleep on Norquay, it's got loads of character and is absolutely worth getting some turns there, especially if the sky is blue. For the second portion of the day we went back to Banff Sunshine Village so we could ski the opening of the Wild West freeride zone. It did not disappoint. Will the boys ever leave this skiing paradise? We'll just have to wait and see. Huge thanks to the Ski Big 3 team and shoutout to Dan Evans @danevansmedia for touring us around and snapping the sick thumbnail shot. 00:00 - final day in Banff 01:08 - arriving at Norquay 01:27 - over-caffeinated? 02:08 - Cascade Chair 02:45 - Spirit Chair 03:18 - Rob's Run 03:57 - Mystic Express 04:16 - corduroy cruising 06:11 - North American (Big Chair) 08:24 - Kneemaggedon 09:20 - resort #2 09:38 - Sunshine Village 10:19 - more ripping 11:13 - Rob goes turtle 11:43 - Delirium Dive 13:50 - Wild West Opening 14:21 - Coolest inbound Couloir 16:35 - Wild West Round 2 19:26 - interviews 22:34 - a few final pow turns
