Open Day At Batajnica Airbase | Prikaz Sposobnosti Vojske Srbije "Sloboda 2017"

Yesterday Serbia marked the 73rd anniversery of liberation of Belgrade in the WW2 so the military parade was organized. Serbian Army and Serbian Air Force presented some of their capabilities. At the very beginning of the video you are able to see 5 MiG 29 fighter jets that are delivered this month. Little later in the video you are able to see the arrival of some military officials, Russian minister of defense Sergey Shoygu, Russian ambassador Aleksandr Chepurin, Mayor of Belgrade, Serbian ministers of Defense, Health, Energy and Mining, Foreign Affairs, Youth and Sports as well as the President of Serbia. After their arrival comes the presentation of a rescue mission of a pilot who ejected, the arrest of the hijackers, the simulation of the removal of an explosive on board an aircraft, parachute jumping and much more. Let's not forget that we had some special visitors, the Russian aerobatic team Strizhi (Eng. Swifts, Rus.Стрижи). At the very end of the video comes the speech of a President of Serbia in front of MiG fighters.
