We were driving around searching for a property when we decided to transform this overgrown eyesore. We knocked on the door, hoping to speak with the homeowner but unfortunately we didn't get an answer so I decided to knock on the neighbor across the street for more information on the property. This property has sat vacant for around 6 months and was becoming a big eyesore for the neighbors. While cutting the property, I unfortunately walked out into the street in front of a passing car and almost got ran over.
