Hi there! I',m Squiiji, and among the many hats I wear, I teach character design! SO, we're ranking r1999 characters based on the strength of their designs! There WILL however be a bit of bias, this won't be entirely objective, so do be aware! Oh man there are. SO. many. Characters in this game, I was fully unprepared, I thought I'd be able to finish all of them in 2 streams, I had BETTER finish this today!! We're finally getting to the more recent characters like Flutterpage, Liang Yue, Noire, and others that I'd been looking forward to at least! We're back for more Reverse 1999!
