The one-man-band Nostalgic Agony is born from the influences of bands such as Xasthur, Elysian Blaze, Evoken, Deinonychus, first Dimmu Borgir.. Other important musical influences in general (in the past and now): Strid, Exiled from light, Legenda - Eclipse/Autumnal, Dies irae - Circle Of Leth, Leviathan - Verräter/ The thent Sub../Tentacles of Whorror, Enthral - Prophecies Of The Dying, Lifelover, Die Verbanteen Kinder Evas, Covenant - In times before the light, Ishtar - krig, Forbidden Site, Mephistopheles, Vinterland - Welcome My Last Chapter.. Experimenting with new sounds by recreating mournful atmospheres and obscure resentment (Sort of Ambient Depressive Black Metal). The album "vortex of resentment from the weeping walls" was finalized in 2016, and the 6 tracks as well as the cover art and logo graphics were made by tristhither, the only component and creator of the band, thus becoming the creator of all the artistic forms present in the project. From the failure and abandonment of previous formations, this project is born without any limitations, seeking its own identity within the vast metal extreme environment of today, generating everything that can propose the sound of a computer or other instrument. Nostalgic agony draws inspiration from forces that in dark decay become regenerate and they turn, energies that act beyond the limits of human perception, decadent and destructive forces at the same time, entities that touching the bottom of suffering they accumulate in a dark and destructive karma withouth time and space. #depressiveblackmetal #ambientblackmetal #blackmetal
