What Delhi Environment Minister said on cloud-seeding in national capital

As Delhi conducts cloud-seeding trial, Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa says,'If these trials are successful, a long-term plan will be prepared to continue the process until February. Similar sorties will be carried out over the next several days, around 9 to 10 in total, depending on weather conditions, with one conducted almost every alternate day.
