What's fascinating is that Bogar, originally of Chinese origin, embarked on a profound journey to India in pursuit of knowledge. He sought wisdom and guidance from his guru, Kaalangi Naathar, who was himself part of the ancient Nava Natha Siddha tradition and also had Chinese roots. Under his guidance, Bogar delved into the profound practice of Nyana Yoga. But Bogar's quest for wisdom didn't end there. He also received teachings from the revered Siddhar Agastya, enriching his knowledge and insights. This blend of teachings would mold him into one of the greatest alchemists of all time. His legacy lives on through his masterpiece works, most notably "Bogar Sapta Gaandam," also known as "Bogar 7000." Throughout his life, Bogar demonstrated a profound interest in enhancing humanity's well-being in all aspects. An incident that showcases Bogar's incredible abilities occurred when he entered a small village in Tamil Nadu. The local pandits were performing a yagna to alleviate poverty, and when Bogar requested water, they dismissed him, thinking him to be a mere eccentric. However, Bogar decided to teach them a lesson. In an extraordinary display of his power, he chanted something in a cat's ears, and astonishingly, the cat started chanting vedas, just like the pandits themselves. This incident left the pandits in awe and made them realize the true extent of Bogar's capabilities. They humbly apologized and sought his guidance. Bogar, renowned for his alchemical prowess, instructed the villagers to bring all their iron and metal possessions. In a matter of moments, he applied an alchemical mixture of his own creation, transforming their belongings into gold. This act not only removed poverty from the lives of the people but also left an indelible mark of Bogar's benevolence and wisdom. Among his many disciples, one figure who played a pivotal role in his later life was Pulipani Siddhar. Pulipani was a loyal and devoted disciple who, at one crucial juncture, found himself in the position to return Bogar's teachings when his guru experienced memory loss. Bogar dedicated himself to studying and meditating to acquire the profound knowledge of Kaya Kalpa and the herb required to create it. He carefully prepared the mixture and decided to test it first on a dog. Tragically, the dog died immediately. Unfazed, he then offered the potion to his devoted disciple, PuliPani, who also succumbed after consuming it. When Bogar presented the mixture to his other disciples, they immediately declined. Unwavering in his quest, Bogar consumed the elixir himself and fell into a deep trance. His disciples were filled with shock and despair, rushing to seek assistance. However, when they returned, they found not the lifeless bodies they had anticipated, but rather a note left behind by Bogar. The note revealed, "The Kaya Kalpa elixir is working. After awakening from my trance, I restored faithful Pulipani and the dog. You have missed your chance for immortality." This remarkable event showcased Bogar's extraordinary mastery of Kaya Kalpa and the potential for immortality it offered. Disclaimer: 1.
