We aimed to deliver a workspace that fosters productivity, collaboration, and a positive work environment. Architectural & Structural Enhancements One of the most striking features of this transformation is the glass staircase extruding outside the structure. This architectural marvel serves multiple purposes: 🟢 Brings in Natural Light – Reducing dependence on artificial lighting and creating a bright, open environment. 🟢 Enhances Space Utilization – By extending outwards, it optimizes the usable indoor area. 🟢 Creates a Visual Statement – Giving the office a contemporary and high-end feel. The conversion required reinforcement of the building structure, ensuring that it could support the additional floors while maintaining safety and stability. Strategic column placements, beam reinforcements, and high-quality materials were used to ensure durability. We incorporated biophilic design elements, warm lighting, and casual seating arrangements to foster a relaxed environment.
