After a spectacular night on the Galibier (check the previous video if you haven’t already), I take a day off to start fresh with the next. You can wake me up everyday to ride a load of hairpins. And so my first stop of the day is hairpin heaven Lacets de Montvernier. While I continue my way I decide to make it a short day, as I notice I'm pretty tired. And then I become this goofball.. But being awakened by all the nice twisties and chilling at the lake for almost two hours gave me some new energy and so I ride on. I end up Caroline and Bertrand, a lovely couple that had just opened their accomodation. Bertrand is a rider himself and with his son as a frequent pillion they explore the area quite often.
