Ingredients:2 cups rice flour2–3 tbsp ghee8–10 almonds (chopped)1 tbsp sesame seeds1–2 tbsp raisins1 glass (250 ml) milk2 cup mawa/khoyaSugar (as per taste) Method:Heat a pan and dry roast 2 cups of rice flour on low flame for 7–8 minutes until aromatic. Transfer it to a bowl.In the same pan, add ghee and roast almonds, sesame seeds, and raisins for 1–2 minutes.Pour in 1 glass (250 ml) of milk and mix well.Add mawa/khoya and stir continuously until combined.Add the roasted rice flour and sugar.
