Bikepacking adventure over 4 days set in Eryri (formerly known as Snowdonia). The adventure starts in Machynlleth and ends in Conwy. The route is about 50% on quite remote roads and 50% off road. I am running a bikepacking set up and wild camped throughout. Passing through Dolgellau, Trawsfynydd, Betws-y-Coed the scenery is stunning and I was lucky to have exceptional good weather for September. A great excuse to get the drone out. It is not hard to capture epic footage throughout this journey. The route is 122miles with 12500ft of elevation although a few more miles were added gorgeous diversions to resupply which is not always easy if you stick to the route. A challenging ride with a fully loaded bike but worth it for the amazing scenery, peacefulness and nature. Most people with good fitness would expect to complete this route in 3 days. A good sweet spot to enjoy the journey whilst maintaining an element of challenge. This adventure has two parts and I return along the coast (a separate video of it's own and a stunning ride in it's own right). Enjoy!
