This is the 2nd video on the beautiful Heinrichs Scania Truck. In this episode we go deep in to polishing and paint correction. We can confirm this has been the hugest vehicle ever which we have detailed and with thast huge respect go out to Sebastian and Chris for taking care of the proper pre work like the clay bar treatment, measuring paint, fill in the details on the inspection sheets and start with testspotting to determine which combo of pads and Menzerna polishes give the best results. The paint on the cabin is corrected with a 2 step paint correction, the black paint on the rear fenders was in very very bad shape and took multipe steps with D Con Crazy Wool polishing pads and many D Con Delta polishing pads to bring these back to a flawless finish. If you have any questions, please call 0031- (0)546-456716 or email info@CarCare24.eu Check full video here;    • Видео   What did we do; ✅️ 1st step, measuring paint thickness, filling in the inspection sheet to determine and schedule the work ahead, do testspotting to find out what polish and pad combo gives the best results. ✅️ 2nd step, do strong polishing on the cabin with Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 400 on the green D Con Delta polishing pads. ✅️ 3rd step, do strong polishing on the fenders with Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 400 on the green D Con Delta polishing pads for removal and deeper scratches and heavy swirls. Later we found out some parts on the fenders were that heavily damaged / scratched that we needed to switch to the D Con Crazy Wool polishing pads with Menzerna Super Heavy Cut Compound 300. Then work after with Menzerna 400 on green D Con Delta polishing pads again. ✅️ 4th step, every now and then we drive the truck outside to check polishing results in daylight and make sure we delivery quality results. ✅️ 5th step, do medium polishing on the cabin with Menzerna Medium Cut Polish 2500 on the yellow D Con Delta polishing pads to remove swirls and minor scratches. ✅️ 6th step, do medium polishing on the fenders with Menzerna Medium Cut Polish 2500 on the yellow D Con Delta polishing pads to remove swirls and minor scratches. ✅️ 7th step, enjoy a perfect polished paint and make it ready for N-XTC One Coating in the next episode.
