This tugboat is from Lake Huron I got a very long video because I felt it was a once in a lifetime thing to see a Lake Huron tugboat at Portland Harbor! "The Huron Service is a Hornbeck Corporation Tug that was delivering #6 Oil to the Sprague Terminal (Unrelated to the Drill)" "# 6 Oil is also known as Bunker C, Bunker Fuel or Residual Fuel Oil. Bunker fuel is what ships, large boilers, and power plants burn for fuel." (per johhnytugboat) The Barge is owned by the State of Maine and it is an OSRV equipped with a skimmer.Oil Skimmers have to operate very slowly to pick the floating oil off the water, and to not stir the oil into the water.
