Fish Tornado, Aguni Island, Okinawa, Japan (July 2023)　ダイビング沖縄　粟国島のギンガメアジトルネード/竜巻

Large group of bigeye trevally fish off of Aguni Island, near Okinawa, Japan. Each individual fish is about 16 inches long. The maximum water depth near the end of the video is about 65 feet. At its largest, the tornado-like swarm of fish started at that depth and went up to about 15 feet below the surface. This is the original uncut video I took from the moment we first encountered this large group of fish. The first several minutes of the video show us following these fish off to the left over a rocky area, until they got to a deep area clear of the rocks and started to swim in a swirling tornado formation.
